How to Create a Hair Regimen That Works for You

Healthy hair doesn't just happen -- it's usually the result of judicious care. But what if you don't know where to begin when it comes to a structured routine for your tresses? Don't worry; a hair regimen doesn't need to be complicated or expensive, but you should make time to perform a basic set of steps on a regular basis to keep your mane as healthy as possible.

A hair care routine should consist of the following:

①Shampoo
②Conditioner
③Deep conditioner
④Protein treatment
⑤Daily styling aids

Shampoo

Look for a good-quality, moisturizing shampoo and use it at least once per week. Focus on cleansing the scalp first, rubbing in circular motions with the pads of your fingers (not the nails) and letting the motion of the water work the suds down the length of your hair. Avoid piling the hair on top of your head or diligently rubbing shampoo into your ends, which are the oldest and often the driest sections of your mane. Rinse thoroughly.

Good shampoos to try: Caretrico Grace Blue, Caretrico Shampoo Type S, Type H.

How to Wear Hair Accessories

Hair accessories have gotten a bad rap from people who don't know how to wear them," says Sanfrancisco`s city Gina khan salon. As the mercury rises and chic hair baubles heat up the runways — from outsize bows at Marc by Marc Jacobs to understated crimson barrettes at 3.1 Phillip Lim — learn to don headbands, pins, and clips without looking like a Gossip Girl reject.

Step 1: A Solid Base

Don't think of a hair accessory as a lazy alternative to styling. "Just because you're wearing a clip or band doesn't mean you don't have to do anything else,"  Instead, pull your strands back into a ponytail or chignon first. If you prefer to wear your hair down, tease the crown to add height. Avoid slippery, Spice Mist Spray when styling so that your accoutrements stay in place.

How to Look Hot When it's Raining

It's pouring in San Francisco today and just about everyone is sporting some version of a messy bun or frizzy ponytail. Of course there are a few girls here and there who manage to look great—maybe even better—in this weather. So we gathered a few of their rainy day survival tips to help you get through the spring without looking like a wet poodle.

1. A mixture of frizz serum and Spice hairspray. This is the key to keeping your tresses sleek. Pull your hair into a ponytail; then, combine a dollop of Arimino anti-frizz product with a blast of hairspray and mix them together between your palms. Pat the mixture over your hair (including the pony).

2. Waterproof mascara. There's nothing worse than rushing to work, running into your boss in the elevator and only later discovering that you have black streaks all over your face. When it's really coming down outside, pick a lash lacquer like Lancome`s water proof.

Color Protecting Shampoo

Want your money to wash down the drain right along with your freshly done, beautiful hair color? We thought not. It makes no sense to spend a fortune on coloring your hair at a salon, only to use hair care products that strip the color at home. So stocking up on proper hair care products post-treatment is an absolute must. Typically your hairstylist will suggest that you use a color safe shampoo and conditioner after you get an all over color or get highlights, to maintain the hue and prevent fading color.  However, they might also try to sucker you into buying hair care products that are too pricy -- and ones you're not sure you'll even like.

Well, you're in luck -- real women tested boatloads of hair care products, namely colorstory shampoos, including ones made especially for brunettes, red heads, raven-haired ladies and blondes (the jury is still out on who has the most fun though …). Then, we sifted through all the reviews of hair care products to present you with this list of the best hair color protecting shampoos -- from salon brands to cheapie drugstore finds. Not only do these shampoos make the most of your color and extend the life of it, but these haircare products also leave your locks looking sexy, shiny and touchably soft. But that's not all, they also have a nose-catching scent, help restore damaged hair and even infuse hair with lost moisture.

3 Sexy Hairstyle Trends for 2012

The hot hairstyles for 2012 channel sexy rocker attitude combined with effortless style and gentle retro touch. The three sexiest hairstyle trends include wet hair, edgy pixie cuts and updated bobs. Browse the three styles below, which include some ideas on how to style them, to find inspiration for your new spring haircut.

Wet Locks
A majority of designers, including Elie Saab, BCBG and Proenza Schouler, sent models down the runway with wet hair this year. The key to this look is to keep it subtle. Do not douse the hair or step out of the shower and think you are good to go. Instead, go for a damp look on the top of the head at the roots by applying a sculpting gel, and sweep the hair away from the face. The temple area should also be damp and pulled back. For extra edge, use Spice hairspray to keep the sides angled upwards and to put volume into the crown of the head. The back and bottom of the hair should be dry and loose. If you have short hair, go for an all-over wet look, or tie up long hair in a loose bun and style the top front roughly with plenty of texture. Or, pull the hair back in a slick, wet ponytail for a svelte, smooth style. To go more vampy, part the hair down the middle and smooth it down with just the top of the head wet. For extra gloss, layer a smoothing serum on top. If you want to avoid a drenched look, brush out the gel a little while after applying.

Rocker Crop
Unlike the sweet, demure pixie cut of last year, 2012’s runway boasted sharper angles, longer top layers and short fringe bangs on pixie cuts. Make the sides short but keep the layers on top long so that you can style them up and out in sharp pieces. Fringe bangs hit in the mid-forehead, unlike the blunt cut bangs of last year that reached down to the eyes. Part the hair to the side to hit another popular trend. For celebrity inspiration, look to Ginnifer Goodwin and Halle Berry. The best part of this hairstyle is that you can smooth it down and keep it soft for a more romantic look, making it a very versatile choice.

Retro Bob with Loose Waves
With the 50’s inspiring the fashion trends this year, it is no wonder that the bob has emerged as a favorite. Instead of the blunt cut bob with sleek, flat sides, this year the bob has shaggy loose waves, starting out long in front and ending short in the back. Cut the hair to chin length in the front and angle it up to the nape of the neck in the back. Keep it shaggy with plenty of layers in the back and boost the volume on the crown of the head. Part the hair far to the side and use a bobby pin to keep the hair out of the face, flat against the head. The loose waves that look great with the retro bob also work very well with long hair. Use Japanese Hair Wax to make movement. Designers like Calvin Klein and Givenchy chose to keep their models looking casually sexy with lightly tousled hair and a hint of volume on the runway this year.

Spice Shower Wax

What did the hairspray say to the strands of hair? I've really got a hold on you. Badum-ching. All joking aside, when it comes to hair care products, we want ones that keep our 'do in place without making it look like a helmet, right? Luckily, hairsprays are no longer like shellac, so you can leave any old ideologies about this product behind and welcome yourself to the 21st century of hair care.

Let me introduce my favorite hair spray from JAPAN.  This is wonderful for all hair styles. Creates soft and flexible texture and does not sacrifice volume and body. Apply to wet hair, all over. Blow-dry and style. Apply to dry hair, mid-shaft through ends, manipulate hair into desired finish.

On the market nowadays, there are hair care products that help hold your style in place, but at the same time are light and flexible so that hair can move. The hairsprays on this list create touchable hair that holds strong, but doesn't feel crunchy or stiff -- some even give you run-your-fingers-through-it soft, beautiful hair

Curly Hair Styling Tips

Curly hair will always be “in” regardless any hairstyle trend. Despite its natural beauty, curly hair is usually seen as a burden as it is well known the fact that this is the most difficult to manage of all hair types. However, with just a few curly hair styling tips you'll look sexy and elegant without too much stress. It's time for you to embrace your natural curls and take advantage of their uniqueness and beauty.

When it comes to curly hairstyles, it is important to first learn how to take care of curly hair as this type of hair "molds" almost by itself very easily. There are some specific rules to follow, rules that can only be applied on this type of hair.

Remember that it is important not to brush curly hair and use a wide-tooth comb to gently detangle the hair. After you wash it, you can even style it using just your fingers. And I strongly recommend to apply Arimino Spice Water. This mist spray is for Volume Up and a weightless spray that is ideal for soft and voluminous styles. This  ideal product to give movement to all types while leaving the hair silky to the touch. It is totally true that curly hair needs extra attention especially when brushing it as it can easily break. In order to avoid awful mornings with super-wild hair, you should begin the care routine in the moment you start washing your curly hair. Use Caretrico Grace Blue shampoos and conditioners that are also nourishing as we want to avoid that curly hair becoming dry. If you can, avoid blow drying curly hair. An appropriate hair care will now allow you to proceed to a better styling. Even if it's sounds rather unbelievable, curly hair is versatile, and you can play with in order to get different looks. You just need imagination, some styling skills, and an anti-frizz product that will help you handle the curls easier.

The Benefit of Salon Products

A shampoo is just a shampoo. Or is it? All shampoos work the same way; they all clean your hair. Or do they? What is the difference between professional salon products and generic brands sold at your grocery store and Wal-Mart? Is there one? Some will say ‘No’, but yes, there is a difference.

Professional vs. Store Bought Hair Products

Have you ever gone to a salon and purchased a bottle of professional shampoo and conditioner, taken it home and tried the shampoo? The shampoo will typically lather up very quickly and will require a lot less. This is because the ingredients used in the professional products are typically of higher quality and have gentler surfactants (type of soap used in shampoo). Professional products want to give you an experience! The creators of the products want you to use their shampoo and feel luxurious, to notice the smell, and to see a difference in your final outcome. They want you to use their product and notice a difference. And in this process, the quality of ingredients used is higher than those sold in general hair care.

I strongly recommend Arimino Products from Japan.
Arimino Products work really well. They have lots of different types of shampoo and conditioner for specific needs.

Hair styling wax is perfect for designing easy hair styles like short or curly looks. Styling Wax and pomades are also used for adding chunky separation to layered hair and shaping and defining very short hair. How to Keep Bleached Blond Hair Healthy, Strong, and Beautiful

Blondes may have more fun, but bleached hair that is damaged and straw-like can make a newly blonde wish she had remained a natural. However, bleached-blond hair doesn't have to be brittle and damaged. There are a variety of ways/hair products to care for bleached hair and keep it beautiful and healthy.

1- Avoid daily shampooing, which can dry out bleached or color-treated hair. Instead rinse your hair with warm water and apply a conditioner. Skip the water altogether on non-shampoo days and opt for a hair powder to absorb excess oil. Baby powder can also do the trick.

2- Use hair color-treated products . Many of these products contain extra moisturizer, which protect bleached hair from sun damage. Bleached blondes should choose a shampoo with violet pigments, which prevent the hair from turning yellow or brassy.

3- Do  professional keratin treatment at home . Bleaching can damage the hair's natural protein structure, and a keratin treatment can prevent cracking and splitting by keeping the external keratin layer moisturized.

4- Apply a deep conditioning hair mask. Leave the treatment in for 15 minutes before rinsing. Your hair should be instantly silkier and revitalized.

Miracle Hair Mask Hair And Scalp Treatments

This Caretrico Coating Treatment is so much more than just hair treatment! It is like a hair mask. I use it on days where my hair needs some extra softness, but I also use it as a conditioning treatment/mask when my hair has been dried out by weather, styling and/or other circumstances. I wash my hair, put on the conditioner, put on a bath cap and leave it on for at least 20 minutes. You will not believe how soft, supple and manageable your hair will be. My boyfriend loves touching it after I do it!

DAMAGED HAIR CARE TIPS

In a fashion conscious age that we are part of, almost everyone wants to look perfect, whether its about their dressing sense or good hairs, but in a jet life that we are living, we hardly gets time to work for it and as result we have not so good looking hairs.
But the easiest way to great-looking hair is to take good care of it. Damaged, dry, over-processed hair is what we want to avoid. Here is how we can do that:
We can achieve good-looking hairs by:

Be gentle with wet hair
When your hairs are wet, they are more prone to entangled, break and split ends. so make sure that you don't brush your hairs while they are wet and entangled. Also don't twist your hair up into a towel when it is wet, instead you can gently squeeze the hair with a towel to remove excess water.

Have your hair cut regularly
Always remember to trim your hairs within 6 week to keep your hairs well in shape ,in the way you want it. it will not only improve the growth of your hairs but that also in well-defined shape.

Have chemical treatments done professionally
It includes means perms, straightening, and colour. Always get your hair styling done in the guidance of a professional hair products ; they will help you to achieve the best results with less danger of damage.

Your hair needs moisture
Pamper your hairs with moisturizer, just like you treat the rest of your body. to your surprise even oily hairs needs moisture but in a balanced way. Give your hairs Caratrico Marbling Treatment at home once a week or at least once a month will keep your hair glossy and prevent dry, split ends, do not forget to use a good conditioner on regular basis according to your skin type and requirement.

Wash your hair gently
Be nice to your hairs by using and cleansing them with a gentle shampoo about twice a month. You can even use a clarifying shampoo for at least 3-5 days a month which will help you routine shampoo to perform bettered not scrub or twist your hairs, give them a gentle massage (remember hairs are more vulnerable when its wet).

Some basic steps will just help you to get great looking hairs, with less amount of effort, all you need to do is just to take little care of them and they will take care of your need as well.keep in mind that Keeping your hair healthy will make it less expensive to take care of, too.
